Testing Setup & Our Experience

We tested 7 Minute Workout – Home LazyFit on a mid-range Redmi smartphone running Android 14 over a 4G connection. We tested a 7-minute Full Body HIIT workout and checked the audio prompts, timers, advertisements and battery usage.

The app opened quickly, and moving between HIIT, Core and Chair Workout categories was smooth. During workouts, the voice prompts matched the animated guides well. The audio prompts also lowered background music, such as Spotify, instead of stopping it completely.

The timer gave clear audio beeps during the final three seconds of rest periods, making it easier to prepare for the next exercise without looking at the phone.

During a 15-minute continuous testing session, the app used approximately 3% battery, and the phone maintained a normal temperature. Full-screen ads appeared mainly after completing a routine or switching programs. We did not notice ads interrupting the active workout timer.
